$100 Starting Service Call Fee depending on brand and location
+$10 LG, Samsung and Bosch
+$10 Addresses outside of Asheville but within the listed service area
$175 Service Call Fee for specialty brands
Addresses outside of the listed service area will be accepted and priced case by case
Service charge includes trip to your location and up to 30 minutes of diagnostic time
If part is needed, then part number and replacement quote will be provided

During the initial communication, have your model number ready and we will talk about possible easy fixes and checks you can do that would prevent any charge whatsoever!
If we do need to come out, we stock many common parts and necessary tools for a repair to be accomplished quickly on the first visit

No charge for return trip on failed parts within the part warranty period
Most parts carry warranty of 1 year from date of purchase
One month warranty on any labor-only repair
